These terms govern your use of Outbound. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. This is a starter template — replace it with terms reviewed by your own legal counsel before launch.
1. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
5. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
